The symposium was held at the NDM Research Building and was attended by Principal Investigators from Oxford and the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (CAMS).
Professor Xuetao Cao, Director COI (China), and Professor Christopher Conlon, Interim Head of Department NDM, gave the welcome speeches. These were followed by talks from Professor Xuetao Cao and Professor Chengyu Jiang from CAMS, and Professor Julian Knight and Professor Benedikt Kessler from Oxford. Professor Tao Dong, Director COI (Oxford), closed the symposium.
