The Lipidomics platform, part of the Metabolomics SRF at NDM, supports the identification and quantification of lipids in physiological samples, including cells, media, serum/plasma, and tissue. We are equipped with Targeted and unbiased (Untargeted) lipidomics capabilities.

Instrumentation:  Agilent Technologies 6495 Triple Quad LC/MS (suitable for Targeted Lipidomics) and Thermo Scientific Q Exactive LC/MS (suitable for Untargeted Lipidomics).
