COI Spatial Profiling Hub receives formal accreditation as a Bruker Academic Partner

We’re pleased to announce that the CAMS Oxford Institute Spatial and Gene Profiling Hub has been formally recognized by Bruker Spatial Biology for its generation of high-quality spatial transcriptomic and proteomic data across its nCounter® and GeoMx® Digital Spatial Profiler platforms.

 

The hub was certified as an accredited nCounter® and GeoMx® Digital Spatial Profiler service provider on 6 March 2025. As a Bruker-certified partner, COI now has a visible presence on the Bruker Spatial Biology website and not only reflects COI’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards but also enhances its potential to foster new collaborations, particularly with industry partners.
