Yuzhu Chen

Yuzhu Chen received a Bachelor of Engineering in Intelligent Medical Engineering from Nankai University and is currently pursuing a DPhil in Clinical Medicine at the University of Oxford under the supervision of Professor Hashem Koohy and Professor Tao Dong. Her doctoral research focuses on decoding the rules of T-cell antigen recognition using integrative deep-learning frameworks and protein language models.
Previously, her work centred on the application of AI and deep learning to medical challenges, including medical imaging, digital health, and disease prediction.
