DPhil Student
I am currently a third-year DPhil student specialising in the development and application of single-cell and spatial proteomics using high-throughput, highly sensitive LC–MS/MS platforms, in Professor Roman Fischer's group. My research focuses on unravelling the spatial heterogeneity of glioblastoma and dissecting the intracellular and intercellular crosstalk that shapes its complex tumour microenvironment at the protein level. By integrating advanced mass-spectrometry workflows with spatially resolved sampling strategies, I aim to generate high-resolution proteomic maps that capture the molecular diversity driving tumour progression, therapeutic resistance, and cellular adaptation. Ultimately, my work aims to identify mechanistic insights and novel protein-level vulnerabilities to inform drug target discovery and guide the development of more effective therapeutic strategies for glioblastoma.
