Postdoctoral Scientist

Rui is a computational biologist with a background in systems biology and bioinformatics. Her research focuses on integrating single-cell, spatial and multi-omics data to investigate cellular heterogeneity, tissue organisation and disease mechanisms. She is particularly interested in developing and applying computational approaches to translate complex biomedical data into biologically meaningful insights.
