Qiao Zhuo

DPhil Student

I am a medical student currently engaged in basic research. My main research focus at present is exploring the role of the innate immune system in the development and progression of neurodegenerative diseases, as well as working on the development of potential therapeutic targets.

Previously, I studied changes in the ocular fundus immune microenvironment and inflammatory responses induced by age-related macular degeneration. Moving forward, I aim to systematically learn more about foundational immunology and basic mechanism research to broaden and deepen my knowledge in this field.
