Unit PA and Admin Assistant

In my role, I am responsible for booking meeting rooms, arranging visitor parking, organizing catering for office events, managing lockers, restocking stationery and kitchen supplies, handling IT orders, and coordinating the COI Lab Meeting seminar and breakfast club.

Additionally, I am the primary contact for new starter paperwork and inductions. I also assist with booking flights, hotels, trips, and taxi services.
