This course aims to provide PUMC students with the research skills required for completion of a PhD programme. We also introduce students to cutting-edge technologies and analysis methods through talks by Oxford University researchers.

Students are set two assignments across the course to determine their understanding:

-       Critical review of a published research article

-       Multiple-choice quiz at the end of the course
