COI Investigators (Xi Li, Ruozheng Wang are the joint first authors) reported a comprehensive analysis of key immune checkpoint receptors on T cells in 172 treatment-naïve, primary cancer patients from the eight most prevalent types of cancer.

They have evaluated the expression of inhibitory receptors on tumor infiltrating T cells and paired blood samples from 172 primary cancer patients for their potential value in checkpoint blockade and their risk for causing autoimmune disease.
